    The Mansions of Denton residents are served by the Denton Independent School District (DISD), a top-rated school system. It provides quality education and empowering lifelong learners to be engaged citizens who positively impact their world. The DISD boasts a 97% high school graduation rate and higher SAT and ACT college admissions test scores than the state average. It serves 33,000 students across 43 campuses.

    Highly Qualified Teachers with nearly 42% (41.8%) of DISD teachers having more than 10 year’s experience, and 32.6% have a master’s degree or higher.

    The DISD is known for its Fine Arts programs and 90% of students participate in one or more arts offering. The program not only enables students to discover new passions and new skills, but students also score an average of 50 points higher on SAT scores and score higher on the STAAR English test at more than double the rate of DISD students who are not involved in fine arts. Middle school students can choose from band, choir, orchestra, theater, visual arts, and these plus dance, jazz band, show choir,  full orchestra and mariachi are offered at Denton High School.

    Denton High School (DHS) offers the International Baccalaureate (IB) Programme, a highly acclaimed curriculum that encourages and influences students to approach education through a global scope. DHS is just one of a handful of schools in North Texas that allows students the opportunity to graduate with an IB diploma and gain up to 24 credit hours to any college and university across the country.

    Residents of The Mansions of Denton will find top colleges and universities within easy reach, including the University of North Texas, Texas Woman’s University, and North Central Texas College.
